I was never much of a coffee drinker, I only drink coffee on Saturdays. Skinny coffee club is totes a game changer and it does live up to its promises. Exercising is not highly recommended while in the process of taking the program but it is better if you also do so, for faster and better results. Regarding their diet program, it is advised to cut down sugar (even fruits).  I honestly did not follow the diet regime because I can’t cut down my sugar intake cooos who am I kidding, right?
